you can mark the member as "spammer", then he can not login, and all his posts will be hidden.

Right ... but I want to delete a bad entry that never should have been there from the db.

You will have to go to you data base and delete the user and his page form the data base.

is not advisable to do that from there. i think jcow v5 has such feature where you can totally delete it

@hendryxx007 if u have access to the control panel is very easy, just go to phpmyadmin, and then jcow_accounts, there you definitely exclude

not only jcow_accounts, but you have to delete the entry in jcow_pages too.
