I have been a big supporter and promoter of Jcow for years. I upgraded to ultimate back around the time of jcow 8. Not sure why but my Jcow now shows Jcow 10 pro.
Under support I can't submit a ticket because I don't have pro or support has expired.
I have brought a lot of business to Jcow and I want answers.
i also hope this will be updated for me too.... i cant access anything. its making me feel like an uninvited guest. whats happening to jcow?

Hi, I will check our license database. If you already purchased an Ultimate edition in previous version, I will make the upgrade.
