Please re-download Jcow pro and upload files under "includes/libs".
In the updates, users can submit comment by pressing "Enter" or "Return"(on mobile devices) key.

PS: the "Comment" button on the screenshot is not submit button. The real submit button is out of screen. That's a bug.
