probably the best thing to do is create a link in your ad block for example go to admin panel themes and then manage blocks . Then in your The right sidebar

If you go into your data base (using something like phpMyAdmin, look for a table called "jcow_menu". In that table find the row where the name is "News Feed" and change the field called "path" from "feed" to "feed/all".
