need to force my customers to fill my added fields like there full name -city - place of work - status when they do not fill it during registration

We will add this in version 2.5.
FYI, we are planning to add an official field of "Full Name" in 2.5

Still paul it is needed in other fields for example if I made a custom field with the name status and my member leaf it blank and I need him to be forced to fill that field ... I need some sort of nagging message to a pear to him/her whenever he logged in just as the avatar reminder that present at the moment till he/her fill that field
