I have Version 7 how do I create a new tab for the menu? This is for Lic. Version of Jcow7.

This site had a download of a test mod that would show you how to build this and hook it in. I'm not sure what ever happened to it.

You need to build a mod and put it in the mod folder. Jcow has to be hooked into. You cant just build a one page mod and expect it to work.
