Well my guess would be you are using hostgator or some other company that uses a Cpanel style user back end. If that is the case home would be your main sever file, perfect would be your main user name for the backend, public_html would be where all your front end user base files go, and barazani is the file where your software is installed. This error tells me the index.php file has a error on line 36. To call this file properly you would need to goto yourdomainname.com/barazani/index.php.

However, I have only seen the error once and it was because I didn't run the install.php file, I was really tired uploaded my software then tried to goto my domain and this is what I seen.

Fatal error: Class 'home' not found in /home/perfect/public_html/barazani/index.php on line 36

To run the install.php file goto yourdomain.com/install.php or yourdomain.com/barazani/install.php
