I purchased the Ultimate edition in February 2018, and now, when I try to verify my license on the JCow website I get this message:
"no results for [mywebsite.com].
If you cannot see correct results of your licenses, please contact [email protected]".
I did send an email asking for support... but did not receive any answer.
Is JCow still being supported and maintained?
How can I contact JCow support and get an answer?

Thank you for prompt response. I was able to register my software. All is working great. I will be purchasing another licences within week or two.
