Want to run this platform as an social community and like to add under apps an auction tab as well that will redirect to another website, is it possible?

Due to our current whatsapp groups that overgrown so much, is there any app that I can use on this platform to discontinue the whatsapp groups? something like an group messenger that will be live on mobiles? people can run the app directly from mobile or computer like a live chat or something.
