I have a server and browser key they are installed in the area the need to be and still ooops comes up I need help

I do not know well about this, I think "Google Maps JavaScript API" should be activated.
I active "Google Maps Geocoding API" and "Google Places API Web Service". But I do not know these are necessary or not.

@shigeru I have done everything I know to do I have both the browser and server key placed in the correct area and nothing works OOOPs!

Jcow does not use server key. Anything is ok in server key. Check your browser key that necessary API is activated or not in google.
