A (potential) user told me he received an error trying to log in, both by email and Facebook:

"We found your email (or IP address) in our local SPAM records"

But I can't find any options to change the spam list.

Is there a way to add an exception or, even better, manually add the user (that is, if he will be allowed to post after verification, even though he is still on the spam list)?

I haven't looked hard into this but you could remove the blacklisted ip from phpmyadmin
Not the simplest fix.

@learntoamaze Thank you. That did work for that user. But another (russian IP) user is running into the same thing.

@learntoamaze I deleted the IP and email but it keeps getting added back in when they try to register.

@makis that means he is marked as spammer in the stop forum spam list

hi, i made a module/plugin where you can remove IP's and email addresses from the blacklists (spammers and spammers cloud). you can find it on jcowmaster.net (download section).
