I have installed but i can not get the site to work correctly it seems that the members folder is missing can someone help me

http://initialresource.com I wouldnt upgrade to 6 nothing works like it should, the sign up screen from time to time will leave you in constant load then crash half the old mods dont work or even show up like blacklist and recapture, and it wont send emails on sign up. you no longer have chat that works so dont plan on chating with your friends anymore. worst up grade yet!
