Clean Up - Jcow Community

Is there an easy way to clean up old Activities. I have over 100,000 and would like to limit them to only ones with activity within a certian time. v4.3.1

They are stored in the table of 'jcow_screams'. There is a 'timeline' column for each scream. So, it is easy to clean up old acts by a SQL query.

Ok, I see the created column but don't understand the numbering system is there another way to clean up the old posts
