Well it is the free version so support preference will always go to paid version first .
I have free version and I have found the support here pretty good there are plenty of people in this forum that are willing to help Falcone for one is a top ringer for help and many others ...
Jcow is fairly new so give it a bit of time to mature and grow the more it does the better it will get..I do however agree that the amount of unanswered Questions is mounting up but most of them can be but down to being already answered in another tread which is why I posted this tread ...

And most of others are Questions that well if you studied the code or read the documentation you could answer yourself..I'm a total newby when it comes to code php blah blah but hey if I can help I will... :) |
