I want to change the right column, I'm not sure if php code can be used in the admin panel rather than plain HTML, I want to have my right column showing just like the left, rather than putting in ad code - Just like [url]http://temanku.net/social/[/url] :)

Is it easy to put PHP into the ad section in the admin cp?

its easy. i just put

into ads bar.

admin CP => themes => manage blocks

That's something I really need to do so a few scripts work/fit in my right column.

no. i'm not change the size of right column yet. its standard size.
