When you click on the videos or photos, you see all the members videos. Is it posible to make the videos and photos that I upload only visible to me and not everyone else on the site?

set the photos and videos module to protected.

in your admin area, user permissions

it has to be [url]http://chaved.com/index.php?p=admin/permissions[/url]

so you have to change it in the database directly.

in jcow_menu, allowed_roles field set to 2 (what is general member) in the rows with name photos and videos, and type is community. protected field should be set to 1.

Also if you go and update your modules anytime in the future it will reset setting so you will have to redo these settings to hide menu items again...
