Is it posible to have the homepage that is before login the same as facebook theme and once you login to the site to have the blue theme?

For use facebook and Charcoal theme on jcow , then you must change the home link url on your jcow website. see the default config.php file in the folder public_html/MY/config.php:

$ Ubase = $ uhome. '/ Index.php? P =';
/ / $ Ubase = $ uhome .'/';

replace with:

/ / $ Ubase = $ uhome. '/ Index.php? P =';
$ Ubase = $ uhome .'/';
