I hope somebody can help quickly with this one - my network has completely collapsed. I was installing some emailing software (recommended on this forum) and everything stopped - all I get is 'Cannot connect to MYSQL server'

The database is still present and I had backed it up. I've restored all the files from the original but still the fault persists.

Please send your database access info and a temporary FTP account to Jcow support team. We will help you ASAP.

It is not wise to install 3rd part module directly to a production server. That is why we made the "Directory" app, so that we can review every module before published.
