I've successfully updated to 4.1 but:

Email invitations don't send. I get notices to admin ok but cannot send out invitations. No problem with php, since I have other databases running on the same server which send emails out successfully. I actually emailed myself from the Jcow site and didn't get it!

Can I 'harvest' the emails of the members to send out a group email?

I was told by somebody at support that there is a theme which will allow adverts to placed at the right hand side - is it actually available yet?

When I check the 'website offline' box, it stays online! I can work around this but it seems strange.

I hope somebody can help with one or two of these issues, especially the email.

when offline, the admin can still log in. Also the frontpage stays 'online' for everybody.

did you send a invite from this site --> community.jcow.net because it does work.

But as i told already somewhere earlier, this mails are flagged as spam.

Yes, I sent it from here but I didn't get it - it's not in the spam filter either :-( I'll try again...

Tried again - it's actually from the Jxow 'Live demo' site but nothing arrives... perhaps it's deactivated on there?

They don't arrive when sending from my own site either though - I've tried sending to several different addresses.
