I had same problem when I deleted a member but not all his records were deleted so I delete his posts manually and then deleted his name from the sql table! but have one person before who did not write a full name and then in version 4 no one can access his page becouse it appear like this /u/ nothing else so I changed his name manually!!!!

The member take a new accounth and new name and problem gone.

we tried to delite the member and make new on the same username. but that did not work

yes it will not becuase this is new user id no !!!! sothe same name is not the same id no!!! got it so let him make new name !!! and new threads !!! delete the old member name and delete his comments manually !!!! it is a bug ... but this is the fast solution for now till we or the jcow team find one!!!

in what database table did you look ?

also can;t open photos and videos
unknown page id

as i asked before where did you look in the db, what table?

did you change the username ?

I only update v3.3 to v4.1

for members I made mistake, I have updated the database first.

but for videos, photos of v3.3 don;t show(unknown page id), new uploaded are OK.
