I'm not sure if I should choose a VPS or shared hosting plan to host this script, as I will be installing the live chat module I think it will use too much server resources, right?

And the second question is - as we can see that the Jcow 4 (the free one) will be released tomorrow, will I be able to upgrade from Jcow 3 (Free) to Jcow 4 (Free) without any loss of data or settings or templates ?
