disappeared in version 4 ???

Now it has been added. Please re-download the v4 package and replace this list:
includes/libs/ss.inc.php
modules/u/
modules/friends/
modules/message/

it could be interesting to call this package v4.xx or v4 rv xx and to add a list with fixes to it. It start to be confusing with all this modified packages.

Man I havn't even got ver4 but but the the amount of bugs reported on here about this version I think your right mate sounds a bit rushed...
