Have you ran the installation yet? (see install.txt in the package)

I am getting pretty much the same error which is:

I noticed i was running php4 and switched to php5, now it takes 24 hours, but i want to be sure that the php4 was the only issue?

seriously, why am i still getting this error? I have all the requirement through godaddy, the php5 and mysql5.
