not all profile, but only private pictures for friends

Are you wanting to make certain pictures/albums viewable only by friends? You can do this when you create your album or later after you create the album by using the drop down menu with choices "Everyone", "Friends only", or "Friends of Friends"

in youtube video I can see this, but in pictures / albums is missing. can you show here how it looks.

If you already created your album, go to it and click "Edit". Then you will see a screen similar to this:
