There are two way's..

1.> go to Admin Panel > Permissions then un-check
Protected Page: Browse
both for
Guest & General member

then go to Admin Panel > Menu

and remove that Browse menu form there..

2.> modify sql go to
"xxx_menu"
then edit Browse protected and allowed.
but first create sql backup..
