We are developing the "video uploaindg" that you are talking about.
But we do not recommend to enable it, unless you have one or more dedicated server and huge bandwith. Because the video converting & streaming will take very high CPU load and bandwith.

Any update on this video sharing from other sources?? Only youtube is not sufficient enough :p
