can i change position of logo "Powered by JCow" ????... i want to put it under sidebar with other mini banners, but I´m using community version of JCow. I want to have clean footer, without any banners or pictures.

Keep it on the footer. It is a basic requirements of Jcow community edition.
If necessary, you can change the pic to a text link.
