Ok so you can deal with 3 user role levels or add a customized named one but how do you edit the permissions of the new role? Like I would like some features and some pages only available to certain member roles.

Yeah i did see that too you can edit Role Name only by looks might have to add in our own script to DB.

If you goto index.php?p=adminpermissions it takes me to error "app not found"

Yes I create a role and then see this :

But when i click the linke to edit permissions I get:

[i]app not found[/i]

totalomega is right, I was wondering the same thing.
To be honest, another problem is that I don't see how the admin can delete/edit something wrong posted by an user. An user could write everything against the rules, but the admin can't manage it. Am i wrong?

I had the same problem. The only way I could find to delete a post was to go into the mysql database and delete the comment from there.
