means on other domain..

we can use free host that provide unlimited space for this.

this will help to save lot's of bandwidth and space.

you need a domain for your free hosting and then link to the file. Simple :)

Like :
[url]http://somedomain.com/mysound/sound.mp3[/url]

you can embed it <embed/>

embed is simple work..

but here i mean that..
if you provide sounds module on your site.
and when user uplode sound file..

The uplode will take place at free hosting site..
not on your server..

and when they plays it the player fetch the file from the
uploading location
