First sorry about my poor english ...

I have downloaded Jcow and find it werry atractive for me but have problem with pictures ..
When I upload Avatar or Pictures JCow is not showing it ..

Can someone help me ?

i tryed refreshing .. open in another browswer but the same thing happend ... i don't know what to do any more ...

any one have something on your mind ?

Usually, this is because the pictures are just too big... try reducing the size to aroun 400x400 pixels (200x200 is big enough for the Avatar pic).

ALso, make sure that all the folders inside /uploads have permissions set to 'write'.
