Does anyone know why my jcow in localhost didn't work correctly.

1. In title it show php script like <?=tpl....?>
2. jQuery vTicker didn't work

Make your web server support both "<?" and "<?php" as PHP start tag.
We will also stop using the "<?" in next release.

Just an addition; the setting for your localhost or better the php setting has the name "short_open_tag" just check your php.ini and look if its "1"
