Does anyone know why horizontal scrollbar didn't show when we resize jcow ??

My client is complaint about it. And i want to show it.

My quick suggestion is that its maybe in the css files or somewhere in the template files.

maybe? You should look at the template and css files.
Still pretty new to CSS sorry.
