when write a comment and automatically mail go to that user register mail id, But how to define mail subject. Right now there is (No Subject).

I agree with your point, But this is not work in comment feature
when you comment on any id, it send a mail, mail have no subject.
1)There is no subject.
2)Example--subject--user name or first sentence of comments. In mail message there is some link to click to open on direct that page, if user already login.
