Installation of jcow 3.1 at WAMP server causing errors...

pls provide full specification how to install it on wamp server..??

i got errors with a local install under xampp but installing the ioncube loader module solved things - part of jcow is encoded so this is needed for it to work correctly.

I believe safe mode in php also has to be off for it to work.
