can i upgrade my jcow from softaculous? i'm using 3.0.2, and now, softa have 3.1, can i upgrade automatically? with out error or etc :). thank you :)

I'm afraid you can't.
You have to download v3.1 and upgrade by yourself.

all the manual upgrade instructions are in the Upgrade.txt file in the root directory of the latest downloads :)
