I change my jcow language to another language and it works but when i login again in a few days i saw the language back to english.

1. Did jcow save language information in cookies ??
2. How to change default language permanently??

I look at the docs but it only describe how to add new language not to change default language. I have switch my language to top before english but it still use english.
