I was curious if anyone can tell me how to add languages. I can see that I can edit the config.php but not sure how I need to modify the options there

good news: in the 3.1.1, you will be able to add/export/import language in the admin CP.

I dont see this! What I see is that I need to edit a file ad no direction on HOW.
