This bug will be fixed the new version releasing tomorrow.

in your jcow root folder, open: confirm_code.php

find:
[code]require_once './includes/common.inc.php';[/code]

replace with:
[code]require_once './includes/libs/common.inc.php';[/code]

this will fix your captcha code - as ever, back up your files before editing and uploading :)
