I think that admin panel should be enhanced because there is not many things that admin can really do. And admin should have all the "power" on his site..?!
ex.
Editing other profiles,
Temp ban regarding posting, uploading, etc.
User permissions should have a lot more options for allowing and denying...
etc.

And few errors needs to be fixed regarding links in AP.
There are few links that leads nowhere...
That's because of "underline" instead of "backslash". Ex.
index.php?p=admin_modules
instead of;
index.php?p=admin/modules
or
index.php?p=adminpermissions
instead of;
index.php?p=admin/permissions

You have the "power".
Your power is not limited in the "admin cp".
Your power is everywhere. For example, if you are viewing a blog post written by a member of your network, you can see a "delete" button on the page.
