hello guys. i get problem it says you need to make config.php writeable. anyone can help?

Access via FTP to your webhost and find the config.php file (/my folder) and set file permissions to 777. Continue the installation.

You can also use the control panel of your hosting provider to do this.

ok it says succesfully installed than i refresh it says cannot connect to mysql server

That is because you submitted wrong database info.
