i recieved this error when i was trying to install the Jcow: Not Found

The requested URL /install/install.php was not found on this server.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

@truststanly same problem ... did you found the solution ?

Try to re-download the installer. It occur when there's something wrong with your installer :)
Before downloading, first you need to switch of your AV software :)
