I registered with user name dipen153, then i deleted the account thru admin panel.
After that i tried Re-registering account with same username,
when i tried to look up the profile it gave me this error "can not find the owner"
I tried same thing with other accounts but gave me same error.

you have to check your pages table in the database.

you will find more than one page with uri=dipen153 and type=u. delete all rows with uri=dipen153 and type=u except the one where the uid in the pages table is the same as the id of dipen153 in the account table
