I think we have 2 option (1) upload video own server--oqn flash player 2) upload from other website(youtube etc).

why dont you create a quickshare hook using blogs and then get the users to copy and paste the embed code into the text area meaning you dont just to have youtube .I also use Godtube I done this on my site . Its a christian social network

Youtube is the largest video community. Video's to your server eat your space and traffic.
