Everytime someone tries to upload photos on my netwrok (using Jcow 5) it say "wrong sid".

I also get "Fatal error: Allowed memory size of 67108864 bytes exhausted (tried to allocate 20736 bytes) in /home/content/51/6926051/html/includes/libs/resizeimage.inc.php on line 119"

I need this fixed ASAP, I cant seem to solve it!
