pls is there any code that i can add to the sign up page that perform this

when a user select a value from the select box eg from a select box of option a, b , c , d

i want that when a user choose b from the select box let another select box comes out that relate to the value

eg a select box of country like asia, china, england, italy

if a user select china then another select box of states in china comes out ....

pls has anyone come across his code should help me out.thanks
