When I try to post something in the forum, I get this error

update jcow_forum_posts set stream_id='25' where id='45'

[Error]
Unknown column 'stream_id' in 'field list'

How should I fix this? After I get this error, the new thread appears but it does not register that the new thread is there (it still says there are 0 threads, and 0 views).
