Regardless of theme, my menu bar/buttons do not appear. I've checked phpMyAdmin settings and the pages associated with the menu are not protected or hidden.

Please advise.

So, how are our members and visitors supposed to navigate our sites without menus? Grrr....

The lack of menu tabs makes for a very discouraging experience. We should have been told about this before we paid for the new version. Now, I'm out of $300 for a site that no one can effectively use.

use dashboard.module.php from 4.x in 5.x and you have your old dashboard. But you must use themes from 5.0

did you click on apps ?

because you can hide/show the menu there like on this site.

I can show/hide items in the menu in 5.0, but not have a constant navbar as in previous versions, nor can I create new pages/links like with previous versions.

What I'm referring to is a feature in 4.2 where we can create new items as well as edit Personal Menus.
