it is not free, you have to buy it.

update: it is free if you bought new licence, not if you upgrade.

are you saying for those who bought 4.4 will have to buy 5.0 to get the news feed, which to me is the most important feature in jcow? So the news feed is now its own separate module? I might be getting the news module mixed up with something else. With 4.4 my users comments are on the dashboard, which we love. In 5.0 the comments don't remain there when you reload the page.

yeah its on a separate page with V5 it doesn't make sense to move it from the dash as thats the page your users go to first strange..

yup that is the most active part of my web site. if i take that away i might as while not have a web site. i can't use 5.0 because of this. i am going to stick with 4.4, 5.0 does not seem to be for me.

no, you are confussing the module feed with the module news.

the module news is something new.
