when a i add a video from quickshare , i get error in the quickshare box : page not found.
but the video uploads and could be seen in video page.

and the other problem is that video not appear in activities, only see in activities feed video added directly from the video page.

P.S. i have modificate the code to avoid strange error pages (as in jcowmaster), i say that because error : page not found is the message i get after this modification

and i detect more problems :

video added from quickshare : dont have the option: comment+like+dislike
same video added from video page: all is ok
