please what this cods meaning :
in /my/config.php

    'default_lang' => 'ar',
'hide_whatsnew' => 1,
'hide_onlineuser' => 1,
'online' => 10, // minutes

ar is arabic, ( you can see all codes in common.inc)
hide what s i guess is for display or not news feed, same for online user, and online 10 means time you decide to user considered as connected. her for examp. user last page loaded since 10 min ago is considered online.

'hide_whatsnew' => 1, is this meaning hide or this meaning hide : 'hide_whatsnew' => 0,
